We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Assistant to provide top-notch administrative and marketing support! You’ll be the right hand to a busy manager, handling a variety of tasks with ease and efficiency. If you’re organized, responsible, and ready to excel in a one-to-one working relationship, this could be the job for you!

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supporting marketing and communications team on a range of innovative marketing activities, both online and offline.
• Coordinating design, mailing, uploading, and printing of various marketing material.
• Ensure all copywriting and imagery is on par with the brand guidelines.
• Work with various external parties, used to support the marketing objectives.
• Update, maintain and edit the digital portals as and when needed ensuring all content is up to date and user friendly.
• Work with the broker and marketing team
• Supporting the Events and Marketing Specialist in managing customer visits.
• Report on marketing activities undertaken and suggest new initiatives to engage with customers and meet KPIs.
• Suggesting ways to improve our digital experience.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• 1 year of Experience in Digital Marketing
• Preferably with 1 year of Experience in real estate
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Excellent writing skills
• Effective communicator
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Graphic Designing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to prioritize, and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube and TikTok
